Why Kosmic?

Kosmos is an Ancient Greek word meaning Order of the Universe.

In my eyes, that order is already us and is created by all of us. We are both perfectly whole, already in order, and yet that order is dynamic, constantly evolving, creating itself anew. Working together we will bridge the gap between who you are today and who you see yourself to be in your clearest moments.

As each individual is one-of-a-kind, so the meaning of Kosmic Impact will depend on who is interpreting it. It might mean opening up to a myriad of possibilities. Or finally reaching something that has always seemed so far away. You may feel a Kosmic Impact is one of interconnectedness of all beings or one that widens your perspective to include more Beauty.

Whatever it means to you, listen closely. That’s your next adventure calling you.

My name is Meli Schneider.

I am a Certified Integral Professional Coach and a MA candidate in Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Throughout my life, I have sought out fun and profound experiences, ideas, and beings that make living life a rich, rewarding, and colorful experience. Living on 5 continents and speaking 6 languages by the age of 23 enabled me to meet people from all walks of life and understand both their unique needs, as well as their universal human longings.

I have not taken the most conventional path. This choice has been both confusing and exciting. A lot of risks were involved and I did not know the outcome. I truly believe that unconventional paths are the way of the future. Whether it is leaving the comfort of your home for a new life elsewhere, changing careers, trying a new hobby, or birthing your lifelong vision, the unconventional path can call us in many ways. Often by the time we listen to this calling to change up our life, the opportunity has already passed…So… Do it. Do it now. And if you need a little push, I would love to be there with you as you take that next step.

Changing up our lives may seem like a selfish act at times, but it is actually a huge opportunity to also positively impact those around us. As cliché as it sounds, changing ourselves changes the whole Kosmos.

What do I do?

I help entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers personally and professionally step into their potential around the globe through coaching, consulting, workshop facilitation, and trainings. So far, I have worked with individuals and leadership teams in the US and Canada, South America, and Europe. Key themes include incorporating authenticity, vision, and self-expression into leadership for a more fulfilling life that gives back to others.

I work in English, German, Spanish (Latin America), and Brazilian Portuguese.
